All Things Considered: National Public Radio, Washington, D.C. Under the name Hole in the Sock Productions, we co-produced a series of over thirty audio features for national broadcast. The 2-3 minute features were comprised of edited responses of children (age 8-13) to a variety of questions, such as...

• How important is money?
• What's special to you about Thanksgiving?
• What are fair punishments for parents to give to their children?
• What is love?
• Is it OK to tell a lie, ever?
• Why do some parents make such a big deal about manners?

We went to schools and summer camps to get the interviews and (before the advent of digital editing!) spent many hours cutting and pasting the sound bites.
